Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Build and scale the core marketplace platform — from provenance chain infrastructure to real-time royalty calculations. You will own critical systems that handle authentication flows, watch identity management, and transaction processing across our Next.js and Node.js stack.
Head of Watch Authentication
Lead our authentication program end-to-end. You will build and manage a team of horological experts, define grading standards, and develop scalable processes for verifying timepieces across every major brand and era.
Community Manager
Grow and nurture the W&F community of collectors, families, and enthusiasts. You will run our social channels, manage seller onboarding, moderate discussions, and surface the best provenance stories to feature on the platform.
Product Designer
Design the interfaces where families interact with their watch legacy — from listing flows to provenance timelines to royalty dashboards. You care deeply about craft and believe luxury products deserve luxury UX.
Blockchain / Smart Contract Engineer
Architect and implement the on-chain provenance and royalty distribution layer. You will design smart contracts that automatically split appreciation across multi-generational ownership chains with gas-efficient, auditable logic.
Head of Partnerships
Build strategic relationships with watch brands, auction houses, dealers, and media partners. You will structure deals that bring inventory to the platform and expand W&F's reach into traditional luxury channels.
